What areas do you service? We currently serve eastern Hillsborough County. This includes Lithia, FishHawk, Bloomingdale, Valrico, Riverview, Apollo Beach, Brandon, Seffner, Dover, Gibsonton, Wimauma, Sun City, and Ruskin.

Are your treatments safe around my pets? Yes. All of the products that we use are EPA approved. They
are designed to control insects at your home. Any interior treatment is placed where the bugs go, not
where you, your family, or pets go. On the exterior, we recommend keeping your pets out of treated
areas for about one hour after service.

Will I have to sign a contract? No. There is no contract involved! You can cancel at any time, though we
aim to make each one of our customers happy and we would love for you to stay with us!

Help! I’m still seeing activity after a recent treatment. – This can be completely normal as most
insects—when treated—can temporarily stir up in activity. We recommend that you give our product up
to three weeks to take full effect, as this is the average timeframe for most treatments.

Will my roaches be eradicated after the first treatment? Often times they will be. However, depending
on the size of the infestation, they may require more than one treatment to fully eliminate them from
your home. Fortunately, follow-up visits, when needed, are included in your regular service fee.

How do I avoid getting German roaches in my home? It’s important to be mindful of what you bring
inside your home. German roaches are strictly indoor insects, and can only enter your home if brought
in from somewhere else, via a purse, package, electronics, etc. Be sure to keep a close eye on items
entering your home, and open packages outside and dispose of the box in an outdoor receptacle. All it
takes for an infestation to begin is a single German roach entering your home.

Can I use DIY pest-control products in between your services? We do not recommend using your own
products while under our treatment, as they may reduce the effectiveness of our application.
Additionally, for many ants and especially Ghost ants, do not spray them! A Ghost ant infestation can
worsen by doing so.

What if I’m seeing termites? To treat for termites, we use a product called Termidor. This is the best
termite product on the market. We must come out to your home and measure the perimeter of your
home in order to provide you with the most accurate quote.

How long does your termite treatment last? We guarantee our termite treatment for a year, but
Termidor can actually last multiple years. If you pay for a termite renewal the following year, any further
maintenance is covered.

Is termite service included in the price for routine pest control? No, termite service involves an entirely different treatment protocol than our quarterly pest services, including more extensive labor involved, and therefore is a separate cost.

Speaking of payments, what forms do you accept? We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover), check, and cash. For your convenience, we are more than happy to keep your credit card on file, and we will only charge it once each quarterly service is complete. We can also email
you an invoice which has a secure portal. You can pay your bill or add a credit card on file yourself. You
can also elect to pay your technician the day of your service or mail a check.

Do you offer a military discount? Yes, we do! In fact, we offer a 10% discount off your initial pest control treatment for all military, first responders, and teachers. We admire and appreciate your service!
